Stop Snoring Aids

There a ton of stop snoring aids on the market. As usual, some of them work and some don’t. Currently the popular ones are snore prevention mouthpieces, anti snore pillow and pins.  Thinking of buying one of the aforementioned stop snoring aids?

Here’s some brief info about each item…

Pins for snoring –Simply insert a pin into your nose before calling it a night. It is supposed to minimize one’s snoring. Most snoring pins out there look unobtrusive and that’s a good thing. But comfort is another story.  Also, there are plenty of grumbles of pin easily slipping out the nose during sleep.

Mouthpiece –You can easily find one at a local pharmacy.  It may help you reduce snoring problem but I’m not so sure. Like the snoring pin, this item tends to get dislodged rather easily too. Comfort is an issue as you have to keep putting the thing back in position every couple hours or so. Bye-bye blissful sleep!

Anti snore pillow Definitely the best option out there if you manage to find the right type of pillow. There are snoring pillows out there that are so uncomfortable. They are badly designed with waaaay to high neck support which gives you a nasty sore once you wake up in the morning.

Chemical scent is also another problem. There are snoring pillows on the market that have this very odd chemical scent. So you have to be careful about this, otherwise you and your partner will suffer. Imagine sleeping every night with that chemical aroma lingering around. Yuck! I wouldn’t recommend it.
